We only quote on what you really need and provide personalized service. The services below are available for ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO/TS 16949: 2002.   Internal Auditor Training - We will train a handful of your employees at your facility to fulfill the mandatory auditing requirement.  We combine hard copy training materials, an electronic presentation and hands-on exercises to teach the requirements of the standard and the audit process.  You also have the option of having the instructor stay an extra day and help your newly trained auditors with an audit. Internal Audit - Let us impartially audit your system to satisfy the mandatory internal auditing requirement. This service is perfect for those companies that have potential objectivity concerns. We will conduct your internal audits using your procedures and report any nonconformances on your forms. Because we have third-party auditing experience, we can provide an edge for your internal audit program. Gap Analysis - Your consultant will benchmark the current system against the standard and issue a formal report that provides feedback on the system's current state of conformance and identifies suggestions/recommendations for improvement. The report is typically written off-site. General Consulting for Implementation - Our implementation assistance / consulting may cover one or more of our services, such as Gap Analysis, Internal Audits and Documentation Writing.  Need someone to review existing documentation before selecting a registrar?  Want to give your internal auditors a refresher and confidence boost before they perform their next audit?  Do you want an objective review of the system before scheduling your certification audit? We can help by determining if what you currently have in place will meet the ISO requirements and suggest ways to improve on your current systems. In many cases, this may include a work plan to help prioritize the needed steps towards a conformant system. The number of on-site and off-site days required for this service will vary depending on your needs. Training - Let us provide an executive overview for the leaders of your company so they gain a high-level understanding of the requirements. We can develop economical customized training packages to assist with implementation of the newly developed or enhanced management system.  Packages can be electronic, hard copy or a combination, depending your situation. Desk Audit - This is similar to a gap analysis, but is performed off-site and only covers your system's documentation, such as manuals, procedures, etc. This service includes a report on current state of conformance based on the documentation provided and where appropriate, suggestions for improvement.
